Sales Executive – Real Estate
Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive direct sales of properties to individual and corporate buyers. You will manage the complete sales cycle from lead inquiry through closing, conduct property tours, and convert prospects into homeowners and investors.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound leads from website, ads, and referrals to achieve monthly unit sales and revenue targets
- Consult with clients to understand budget, location preferences, and payment plan needs; recommend appropriate properties (land, duplex, apartment, commercial)
- Conduct physical and virtual site tours, explaining layout, neighborhood benefits, appreciation potential, and payment options
- Guide clients through booking, contract signing, initial payment processing, and mortgage facilitation; handover to Customer Care post-sale
- Log all client interactions in CRM; provide daily sales activity reports and weekly pipeline updates
- Maintain current product knowledge on all estates (location, pricing, promotions, title status, delivery timelines); address client objections on title, infrastructure, and ROI
Requirements
- OND, BSc, or HND qualification in any field (Real Estate or Marketing background is an advantage)
- 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate or related sector)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong objection-handling ability
- Target-driven and disciplined approach to follow-ups; willing to conduct field work and site visits
- Basic CRM and Excel proficiency
