Sales Executive (Loan / Investment)

Rosabon Financial Services, a CBN-licensed non-banking financial intermediary and equipment leasing firm, is recruiting a Sales Executive to sell loan and investment products across Lagos, Ogun, Osun, and Oyo states.

Responsibilities

• Sell loans and investments to prospective clients
• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and loan feasibility
• Determine applicable ratios and metrics, and set up debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients to request or provide information
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Review loan agreements for completeness and accuracy
• Update account records, compute payment schedules, and process transactions on ERP
• Assess customer needs and introduce different types of loans
• Develop referral networks and cross-sell products to meet quotas
• Build trust relationships and customer loyalty throughout the underwriting process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proven working experience as a Loan Officer
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
• Customer satisfaction orientation and strong sales competencies
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and meet targets
• Solid understanding of local, state, and federal loan regulations
• Knowledge of various financial products across industry and sector
• Exceptional customer service orientation
