We are seeking a diligent, honest, entrepreneurial, and high-performing individual to join our ice cream production company in Abuja as a Baker. The role involves preparing, baking, and decorating pastries, cakes, and ice cream, as well as operating and maintaining bakery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, churn, and decorate fresh pastries, cakes, and ice cream using set recipes.
• Safely run and clean production equipment like heavy dough rollers, ice cream churners, and commercial ovens.
• Keep the kitchen clean, follow food safety rules, and record daily stock and production numbers on the computer.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Proven hands-on experience across pastry baking, gelato/ice cream churning, and cake assembly.
• Computer literate with basic proficiency in report writing and digital record-keeping.
• Ability to operate, clean, and troubleshoot standard bakery and dessert machines.
• Must reside within or close to the listed locations and be able to resume promptly.

Salary Salary is negotiable based on experience and competence.
