About the role

Field Sales Representative

Shuttlers is seeking energetic and target-driven Field Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition, increase rider adoption, and build local affiliate partnerships across assigned territories in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Actively hunt for new business through cold-calling, networking, and visiting prospects in person
  • Meet regularly with existing clients to understand their evolving needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Present the benefits of products or services clearly and address any technical or operational questions on-site
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Update the company CRM platform with accurate client data and generate daily or monthly sales reports
  • Attend industry events and monitor regional competition to spot new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Must own and be able to use a smartphone
  • Must be willing to work within assigned territories (Ogba, Ota, or Mowe)
  • Experience in Fintech, FMCG, Telecommunications, Retail Sales, or related industries is an advantage

Salary

NGN 70,000 - 150,000 (monthly)
