About the role
Field Sales Representative
Shuttlers is seeking energetic and target-driven Field Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition, increase rider adoption, and build local affiliate partnerships across assigned territories in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Actively hunt for new business through cold-calling, networking, and visiting prospects in person
- Meet regularly with existing clients to understand their evolving needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Present the benefits of products or services clearly and address any technical or operational questions on-site
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update the company CRM platform with accurate client data and generate daily or monthly sales reports
- Attend industry events and monitor regional competition to spot new sales opportunities
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Must own and be able to use a smartphone
- Must be willing to work within assigned territories (Ogba, Ota, or Mowe)
- Experience in Fintech, FMCG, Telecommunications, Retail Sales, or related industries is an advantage
Salary
NGN 70,000 - 150,000 (monthly)
