Head of Accounts

OGC Foods and Beverages Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Accounts to join its finance leadership team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance, the successful candidate will oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, improve budgeting and forecasting, and support the implementation of modern finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and accounting operations across the Group
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance
• Drive budgeting and forecasting accuracy
• Support the implementation of modern finance systems and processes
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Proven leadership experience in accounting or finance management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience implementing or working with ERP/technology-enabled finance systems
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
