Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and their customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints calmly, professionally, and within defined service standards. Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership until resolution. Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in CRM or support systems. Follow approved scripts, workflows, and client-specific guidelines. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery. Adhere strictly to quality assurance, compliance, and data protection standards.
Requirements
Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline. Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience. Must have completed NYSC. Previous experience supporting international clients (US/UK) will be an added advantage. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented. Clear articulation and confident communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to work assigned shifts, including international time zones where required.
