About the role
Customer Service & Social Media Executive
DynamicPlus Advisory is seeking a customer service and social media professional who is passionate about people, skilled in social engagement, and able to represent the brand professionally in the events industry.
Responsibilities
Customer Service (50%)
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp enquiries
- Reply to Instagram, Facebook and email messages
- Send quotations and follow up on enquiries
- Book venue inspections
- Maintain organised client records
- Collect deposits and confirm payments
- Prepare client files before events
Social Media (40%)
- Create creative and engaging content relevant to the events business
- Post daily on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Schedule content using Meta Business Suite
- Reply to comments and direct messages
- Upload event photos and videos
- Assist with creating reels
- Collect client reviews
- Monitor engagement and produce weekly reports
Administration (10%)
- Assist with invoices
- Organise digital folders
- Keep event checklists updated
- Support the team during busy weekends
Requirements
Must Have:
- Excellent English communication
- Friendly personality and great customer service skills
- Good typing skills
- Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
- Basic Canva skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Organised and punctual
Preferred:
- Experience working with an events company
- Lives around Ajah, Sangotedo, Lekki or Abraham Adesanya for ease of movement
