BorderlessHR is seeking a results-driven Investment and Funds Mobilization Manager to join their team. The role involves sourcing funds from individual and corporate clients, promoting investment products, and building strong investor relationships. The ideal candidate will drive liquidity by mobilizing funds and supporting a financial institution that provides various financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize funds from individual and corporate clients to meet liquidity needs
• Identify and develop new markets and funding sources
• Drive continuous growth of the client base and investment portfolio
• Execute cold calling, warm calling, and client acquisition strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors
• Manage client portfolios to ensure retention and repeat investments
• Provide tailored investment solutions aligned with client needs
• Recommend profitable investment opportunities for excess liquidity
• Ensure diversification of funding sources to reduce risk
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for investment decisions
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management
• Provide regular updates on fund mobilization performance
• Prepare reports and presentations for decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage
• 3–7 years of experience in treasury or investment
• Proven track record in fund mobilization, client acquisition, and treasury product sales
• Experience with cold calling, business development, and client retention
