Operations and Finance Executive

Kui is a growing Nigerian consumer care brand seeking an Operations and Finance Executive to support day-to-day operations and work closely with the Founder. The role involves maintaining financial records, managing inventory, supporting account administration, and creating social media content.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales, expense, inventory, and office records.
• Support part-time accountant with reconciliations and documentation.
• Prepare invoices, spreadsheets, reports, and management information.
• Monitor orders, payments, outstanding balances, and stock movements.
• Support wholesale and retail account administration.
• Keep product and pricing information accurate on e-commerce platforms.
• Create social media content using AI and design tools.
• Coordinate office tasks and provide regular updates to the Founder.

Requirements

• First Class university degree is strongly preferred; 2:1 with strong analytical ability is acceptable.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organisation, and technology skills.
• Ability to work full time in Onikan, Lagos.
• Experience in operations, finance, accounting, e-commerce, FMCG, consulting, or a growing small business is beneficial.

Salary NGN 200,000 to NGN 250,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
