About the role
Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC)
Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator to drive aggressive regional revenue growth, retail expansion, and brand visibility across assigned regions in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Own regional sales targets through stockist acquisition, retail development, and corporate sales
- Execute retail expansion and market penetration strategies
- Manage retail partner relationships and ensure compliance
- Plan and execute trade activations to enhance brand visibility
- Gather and report market intelligence
- Drive growth of low-performing SKUs
- Retain and build loyalty with key partners
- Align regional performance with national revenue objectives (₦10B growth mandate)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or regional trade management
- Proven track record of achieving multi-million-naira sales targets in FMCG, beauty, skincare, retail, or consumer goods
- Strong understanding of regional retail and distribution ecosystems
- High mobility and willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools, WhatsApp Business, and professional email
- Performance-driven with strong focus on results
- Confident communicator capable of building trust across client segments
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Demonstrated integrity and accountability in client engagement and financial dealings
Salary
- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₦200,000 net per month (subject to periodic review based on performance and career progression)
- Variable Pay: Performance-based commission tied directly to monthly sales performance and business growth outcomes
