Sales Operations Manager

Jamara Operations Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes and serve as the critical bridge between Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams. This role focuses on streamlining order fulfillment, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Oversee sales order processing, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, documentation, and invoicing
  • Conduct comprehensive sales analysis to identify trends, forecast sales, and pinpoint bottlenecks
  • Establish and track key sales KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Serve as primary interface between Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for seamless coordination
  • Collaborate on demand forecasting and coordinate inventory/stock allocation
  • Optimize delivery routes and oversee last-mile delivery to customers
  • Act as escalation point for resolving fulfillment issues and delivery delays
  • Oversee inventory planning and stock control procedures
  • Manage sales tools, CRM, and ERP systems for data integrity and automation
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (MBA advantageous)
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Operations
  • Experience in Electronics, Home Appliances, FMCG, or Retail & eCommerce sectors (highly preferred)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and ERP systems
  • Process improvement mindset with track record of identifying and solving bottlenecks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
