HVAC Technician

Huko Advisory Services is seeking HVAC Technicians to identify maintenance risks, diagnose electrical/mechanical faults, and perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance risks on equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems; perform warranty services
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training
• Keep daily logs and records of maintenance functions
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OHS Act

Requirements

• Minimum Trade Test 1–3 certification
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems per HVAC protocols
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays with short/no notice
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Good organizational and communication skills

Salary ₦190,000 (net) monthly
