Senior Finance Associate

About the Role

Pharmarun is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to lead financial operations and drive strategic financial management in a fast-paced, high-growth on-demand medication platform. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvements
• Support audits and manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a high-growth startup, healthcare, technology, or FMCG environment
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems
• Demonstrated ability to own financial processes, solve complex problems, and influence business decisions
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills
