Marketer – Elizabeth Maddeux

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Marketer to drive property sales, generate quality leads, and build lasting client relationships in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and proven ability to meet sales targets through effective marketing and business development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate property sales and investment leads
• Market and promote the company's real estate properties across various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for potential clients
• Understand clients' property needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase property sales
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities
• Negotiate property deals and support clients throughout the sales process
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 2–4 years' experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry
• Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is highly desirable
