Option Finance Services (OFS) is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Officer to develop, implement, and manage the company's digital marketing strategy. The role involves increasing brand awareness, generating loan leads, improving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Create strategies to generate qualified loan leads through digital platforms.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Design marketing materials and produce educational financial content.
• Generate qualified leads through paid and organic campaigns.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and external agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or microfinance is an added advantage.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are desirable.
