About the role

Administrative Executive / Travel Desk Support at Tenece Professional Services Limited

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to provide comprehensive support across administrative operations and corporate travel management.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events; procure supplies and refreshments for the Tenece Experience Centre
  • Supervise support staff and oversee office maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with service providers and support performance reviews
  • Track budgets and monitor expenses for administrative activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative standards
  • Support employee onboarding and administration logistics
  • Source, compare, and book corporate travel in line with company policy, approved vendors, and cost targets; record all savings achieved
  • Provide real-time support during active travel, managing changes, disruptions, cancellations, and emergency rebooking across time zones
  • Maintain corporate travel register with all booking details, costs, traveler preferences, and loyalty program memberships
  • Reconcile travel invoices and expense claims; verify accuracy and submit for approval within finance cycles
  • Produce monthly travel expenditure reports and trend analyses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and policy gaps
  • Support visa documentation and application processes
  • Monitor travel approvals and ensure complete documentation before departure
  • Support travel policy implementation and recommend process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
