Product Manager

GCT Group is hiring a Product Manager to own the product roadmap and vision for telecoms/ICT solutions. This is an on-site role based in Victoria Island, Lagos, ideal for an experienced product leader ready to drive B2B product strategy in the telecoms sector.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and vision for telecoms/ICT solutions
• Gather and translate customer insights into product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance after launch
• Identify market opportunities and drive competitive positioning

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product management experience in telecoms, ICT, or enterprise technology
• Strong understanding of telecoms infrastructure, platforms, or managed services
• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B products
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using product analytics tools

Salary

₦750,000/month + Performance Incentives
