Sales & Operations Manager
We are hiring a Sales & Operations Manager to drive sales growth and oversee daily restaurant operations in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and source corporate clients
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory, prepare reports, and support business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years' experience in restaurant, hospitality, or sales operations
- Strong leadership, sales, communication, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage
Salary
₦180,000 – ₦200,000/month
