Retail Sales Associate

Timekeepers International Limited is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to drive customer engagement and sales growth in the retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and clients with excellent service
• Handle inquiries about company products positively and professionally
• Manage existing client relationships and maximize market penetration
• Convert walk-in buyers to return customers through effective customer relations
• Represent the company's interests both during and outside working hours
• Keep up-to-date with brand information and product knowledge
• Perform merchandising duties
• Prepare weekly reports and provide after-sales service
• Undertake any other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND qualification
• Completion of mandatory NYSC program or provision of exemption letter
• Good customer service skills
• Flexibility to work in supervisor and negotiator roles
• Strong knowledge of the retail market and environment
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Must reside in or around the job location

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail sales
