Pool Driver – Sage-Grey Finance Limited

Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for Company staff, clients, and visitors. The role involves vehicle operation, routine maintenance, trip logging, and ensuring compliance with road safety and Company policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive Company vehicles to transport staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations safely, courteously, and on time
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, water, tyres, lights, brakes) and report mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain accurate trip logs including mileage, destinations, passenger details, and fuel consumption
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and serviced according to Company schedule
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and Company driving policies
• Manage vehicle documentation (insurance, roadworthiness certificates, driver's license renewals)
• Support administrative tasks including courier services, errands, and vehicle-related procurements

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• 2–4 years' professional driving experience (preferably corporate, institutional, or commercial)
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic patterns
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability
• Familiarity with fleet management protocols

Nice-to-Have

• Defensive driving training or certification
• First-aid certification
