Hospitality/Hotel Workers

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Hospitality/Hotel Workers to join our team in Sango, Ogun State. This role involves delivering excellent guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and efficiency throughout the hotel premises.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints
• Support food and beverage service as needed, including room service coordination
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Willingness to live on-site as accommodation is provided
