Business Development Manager

Afritek Global Limited is seeking two highly motivated Business Development Managers to expand its distributor and retail network across Nigeria for solar and renewable energy products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the distributor network across Nigeria
• Identify and recruit new solar distributors, electrical dealers, wholesalers, and retail partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and dealer training
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare weekly sales and market intelligence reports

Requirements

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Channel Development
• Experience in solar, electrical, renewable energy, power, or engineering industry (highly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to develop distributor networks and achieve sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to travel extensively within Nigeria
• Valid driver's licence (added advantage)

Salary

• Base: NGN 200,000 – 300,000 monthly (based on experience)
• Additional: 1–2% sales commission and performance incentives for opening and activating new distributor accounts
• Transport and communication allowance
