Brand and Marketing Specialist – Oil & Gas

Value Edge Management Service Limited seeks an experienced Brand and Marketing Specialist to drive brand management and field marketing execution in the oil and gas sector. You will maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while executing on-ground activations, mechanic engagement programmes, and trade marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Brand Management

• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all communication materials
• Support product launches and new product introductions
• Manage POS materials and branding assets
• Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and partnerships
• Conduct market and competitor intelligence gathering

Trade Marketing & Activation

• Plan and execute mechanic meets and free oil change activities
• Organize market storms and roadshows
• Manage retailer and distributor engagement programmes
• Coordinate sales promotions and incentive programmes
• Execute trade visibility initiatives

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with mechanics, NATA units, ACCOMORAN leadership, distributors, retailers, and transport unions
• Prepare post-activation reports and measure campaign performance
• Monitor competitor activities and develop response strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 4–6 years experience in trade marketing, activations, or brand management
• Experience in lubricant, automotive, or FMCG industry (preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
