Sales Agent

We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Sales Agents to join a high-performance team in a global FinTech and Investment firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial brokerage or related industries and a proven ability to convert leads, build client relationships, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned conversion and revenue targets.
• Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Brokerage, Forex, Investment, Insurance, Marketing, FinTech, or high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be available to attend a mandatory 5-day onboarding training

Salary Starting salary of ₦250,000 + Uncapped Commission
