Risk Strategist - Collections

We are growing our Risk Management function and are looking for experienced professionals who can use data, strategy, and analytical thinking to strengthen our credit portfolio and drive better business decisions. This is a strategic, not purely operational, role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio health and identify emerging repayment risks.
• Develop customer segmentation and intervention strategies.
• Analyze repayment behaviour and delinquency trends.
• Design early warning and portfolio preservation initiatives.
• Generate insights to improve underwriting decisions and reduce defaults.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in Collections, Credit Risk, or Portfolio Management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or consumer lending is preferred.
