Role Overview

Virginrose Resorts is seeking a professional cook with at least two years of experience to join their thriving team. The cook will assist the chef in preparing and presenting a variety of dishes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a prepared and sanitized work area
• Prepare a variety of food items
• Ensure safe and hygienic handling practices
• Cook in bulk and use kitchen equipment properly
• Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes

Requirements

• SSCE qualification
• Minimum of one year relevant experience as a cook
• Knowledge of local dish techniques
• Familiarity with intercontinental dishes is an advantage
• Baking and grilling skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Must reside or be willing to work in Lagos
