Responsibilities: Managing human resources functions within the hospitality/hotel industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years HR experience in the hospitality/hotel industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and staffing structure.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
