Territory Development Officer

Ascentech Services Limited is a human resources solutions company dedicated to helping businesses build stronger teams and manage people functions more effectively. We are recruiting for a Territory Development Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the company's presence in designated territories.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Promote and sell HR services to new and existing clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales or territory development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
