Sales Team Lead (Loan and Invesment)

Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is seeking a Sales Team Lead (Loan and Investment) to manage and lead a team in delivering financial services across multiple locations in Nigeria.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for loans and investments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in financial services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
