Inventory/Site Supervisor

Lifescape Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory/Site Supervisor to oversee building material inventory and supervise daily site activities at our Mainland, Lagos location.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory of building materials
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
• Receive, issue, and reconcile site materials
• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work progresses as planned
• Report material usage, shortages, and site activities to management
• Ensure proper storage and accountability of all site materials

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in inventory management or site supervision
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
