The Academy Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the teaching and administrative operations of the Fashion Escalate Academy. This role ensures that tutors adhere to the approved curriculum, monitor student progress, and maintain efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tutors and ensure they teach according to the approved curriculum.
• Monitor practical sessions and students' progress.
• Ensure classes start and end on time.
• Evaluate tutors' performance and provide feedback.
• Monitor the administrative department to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Manage academic administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with the academy's curriculum and academic standards.

Requirements

• Educational qualification: NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.), M.Ed., or M.Sc. (Ed.)
