We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead sales operations in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong clientele base, proven experience in driving revenue growth, and the ability to build lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and packages
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong network of corporate and travel industry contacts
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team
• Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
