Smart Partners is seeking a driven, persuasive, and results-oriented Sales Executive / Investment Manager to join their growing team. This role involves driving sales of real estate products and investment opportunities, building relationships, and promoting properties across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of real estate products and investment opportunities
• Source, nurture, and convert leads into paying clients
• Build strong relationships using your industry network
• Maintain excellent customer relationship management
• Promote properties on social media and offline channels
• Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or a related field.
• Strong industry network and market knowledge
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Demonstrated track record of closing sales
• Social media marketing competence
• Results-driven, proactive, and confident.

Salary

• N300,000 Monthly + Attractive Commission.
