About the role
Area Sales Manager (Telecommunications)
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and manage channel partners within a designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets
- Lead, coach, and manage sales teams and channel partners across the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key business clients
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years' experience in telecommunications sales with hands-on fintech industry experience
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Must have experience in the Fintech Space
