Sales Executive

Haven Brooks Limited, a forward-thinking real estate company based in Abuja, is recruiting a Sales Executive to source and convert leads, present property offerings, and close sales deals.

Responsibilities

• Source and convert leads through calls, social media, fieldwork, and referrals
• Present property offerings to clients and conduct site inspections
• Follow up with prospects consistently and update CRM/sales records
• Handle client inquiries, negotiate prices, and close sales
• Prepare sales reports and meet monthly sales targets
• Represent the company professionally during marketing campaigns and property tours
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in any field
• 2+ years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Confidence in marketing and ability to meet targets

Salary

• N100,000 per month
• 5% commission on each closed deal
