Marketing Manager
MartGlobal Limited, a leading manufacturing company specializing in high-quality packaging polythene products, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence in the polythene manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share
- Strengthen brand presence in the polythene manufacturing industry
- Lead and manage a marketing team to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research and develop sales strategies
- Manage customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, plastic or related industries
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a marketing team
- Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools
Salary ₦350,000 monthly
