Medical Officer
The Medical Officer is required to provide leadership to the officers working in the Polytechnic Health Centre. They are responsible for holding consultations with patients, diagnosing conditions, and prescribing appropriate interventions. The role also involves providing general medical practices suitable for a tertiary institution.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to health centre staff
- Conduct patient consultations and diagnose conditions
- Prescribe necessary treatments and interventions
- Provide general medical care appropriate for a tertiary institution
Requirements
- M.B.B.S degree
- Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
- Mandatory NYSC service completed (evidence required)
Salary CONMESS.
