Geomel Consults Limited is seeking an experienced accountant to handle financial data recording, analysis, and reporting. The role involves preparing financial statements, implementing accounting systems, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Recording, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Preparing financial statements and reports.
• Implementing and documenting record-keeping and accounting systems.
• Filing of accounts and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
• Identifying risks and providing solutions for businesses and individuals.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc in Accounting.
• Minimum of Two (2) years experience in the accounting field.
• Knowledge of Tax Laws and Regulations.
• Experience with accounting software and data entry.
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including GAAP.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets.
• Ability to work independently and strong analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications.
