About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Officer to manage customer relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive sales and identify new business opportunities
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and sales records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems
Salary ₦200,000 monthly
