About the role
Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a driven Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, from lead generation through closing.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound leads from website, ads, and referrals; achieve monthly unit sales and revenue targets
- Consult with clients to understand budget, location needs, and payment plan preferences; recommend suitable properties (land, duplex, apartment, commercial)
- Conduct physical and virtual site tours; explain layout, neighbourhood characteristics, appreciation potential, and payment options
- Guide clients through booking, contract signing, initial payment, and mortgage facilitation; handover to Customer Care post-sale
- Log all client interactions in CRM; submit daily sales activity and weekly pipeline reports
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all estates (location, pricing, promotions, title status, delivery timelines); address objections effectively
Requirements
- OND, BSc, or HND in any field (Real Estate or Marketing preferred)
- 3–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate or related field preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills; strong objection-handling ability
- Target-driven and disciplined; willing to conduct field work and site visits
- Basic CRM and Excel skills
