Runlink Technology Limited is seeking an HR Officer to support recruitment, talent management, and HR operations in Ikeja, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and talent sourcing
• HR operations and administration
• Coordination with hiring managers and candidates

Requirements

• 1–3 years of working experience in the Nigerian HR field
• Strong communication and execution skills
• Honesty, care, and reliability
• Familiarity with Lagos local job market and recruitment channels
• Full-time, on-site commitment with strict adherence to company policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Headhunting or talent sourcing experience
• Bilingual (English and Chinese)
