Human Resources Executive

We are seeking an organised, empathetic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage our core people operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an engaging work culture, streamlining HR processes, and supporting team members across their entire lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Draft job descriptions, post vacancies on local job boards/social platforms, and manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted, neutral point of contact for staff inquiries, feedback, and workplace conflict resolution.
• Performance Management & Learning Development: Coordinate quarterly and annual performance appraisal cycles, supporting managers with evaluation frameworks and KPIs.
• HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure organization-wide compliance with Nigerian Labour Law and relevant workplace regulations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of generalist HR experience within a fast-paced small business, startup, or professional services environment in Nigeria.
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Firm understanding of Nigerian Labour Law, statutory payroll deductions, and workplace compliance standards.
• Associate membership with CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management) or HRCI is a strong advantage.

Salary

• Monthly Base Pay: ₦240,000 gross per month
• Communication & Data Package: ₦15,000 monthly allowance for virtual interviews and staff coordination.
