About the role

Regional Sales Representative

Drive sales of Itel electronics across your assigned territory while building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end customers. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Itel electronics within assigned territory
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding at retail outlets
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and performance
  • Educate customers and retailers on product features and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies (including IMEI and sales reporting standards)

Requirements

  • Minimum OND/HND/BSc degree in any related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronics industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
  • Good knowledge of the local market and assigned sales territory
  • Basic understanding of smartphone features and technology
