About the role

Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Officer

SOW Real Estate Limited is a luxury real estate brand seeking a polished and organized Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Officer to be the face of the organization in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Open the office and greet visitors warmly, determining their needs and directing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information
  • Manage the company's info email account
  • Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Coordinate meetings, manage executive calendars, and schedule appointments
  • Monitor and order office supplies (stationery, toiletries, pantry items)
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area reflecting a premium brand image

Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. or HND in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related discipline
  • Experience: 1–3 years as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
  • Proximity: Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage (e.g., Ikate, Jakande, Agungi, Marwa, Victoria Island)

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: ₦120,000
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
