Lisa Suites is seeking a Contract Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across contracted sites, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations, regulatory standards, and company policies. This role involves managing staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise cleaning services across multiple sites
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor daily operations for high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff
• Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching
• Manage schedules, attendance, and payroll inputs
• Act as primary point of contact for clients
• Address complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Implement and monitor cleaning standards and KPIs
• Carry out audits and inspections
• Develop and enforce corrective action plans
• Manage budgets, invoices, and cost controls
• Oversee procurement and inventory of supplies and equipment
• Optimize resource allocation
• Prepare reports on operations, staff performance, and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate compliance and incident records
• Support senior management with strategic planning and contract renewals

Requirements

• BA/BSc/HND or OND
• 5–7 years' experience
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving for staffing and equipment issues
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

Salary ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
