Group Product Manager

Lead the strategic direction and evolution of Klaxoon, Wrike's visual collaboration tool, focusing on whiteboard core experience, AI integration, vertical use cases, and product convergence with Wrike. This role involves managing a team of product managers, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and driving innovation in visual collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Klaxoon strategy across core whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence.
• Grow whiteboard adoption and experience by continuously improving the product and identifying high-value vertical use cases.
• Enable AI-native R&D by building processes, tooling, and mindsets for the R&D organization to work AI-natively.
• Develop the PM team by coaching, mentoring, and growing a team of Product Managers into strategic leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset with deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs.
• Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term strategic direction.
• Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
• Practical understanding of AI-native product strategy and ability to identify differentiated AI use cases in visual collaboration.
• Good UX judgment to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools.
