Laboratory Assistant

Godfrey Okoye University Teaching Hospital (GOUNITH) is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Assistant to join their team. The role involves supporting laboratory operations and ensuring accurate and timely test results.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of samples and reagents for testing.
• Perform routine laboratory tests and maintain equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of specimens and reagents.
• Maintain records of test results and laboratory activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Proficiency in laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: The new salary scale is very attractive.
