About the role
Junior Ecommerce Brand Manager
We are seeking a Junior Ecommerce Brand Manager to manage and optimize brand performance on ecommerce platforms in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage brand presence and performance on ecommerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, or similar)
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics
- Generate performance reports and interpret data
- Manage customer relationships and interactions
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in TikTok Shop brand management (preferred) or brand management on Amazon or another ecommerce platform
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and data interpretation
- Experience with CRM systems and customer service platforms
- Must be a member of Remote Platform
