Echezona is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to spearhead the modernization of operational processes, focusing on technology, collaboration tools, and human resources strategies to drive efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role focused on operations or organizational modernization
• Strong understanding of modern technology tools, including cloud and collaboration platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive change
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the financial or technology sector is highly desirable

Salary

NGN 800,000 – NGN 1,200,000 monthly
