About the role
Head of Sales – Kloverharris Limited
We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the company's sales function and drive sustainable business growth across our luxury retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales teams to consistently exceed targets
- Establish and monitor sales KPIs, ensuring accountability and performance excellence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HNIs, and Ultra HNIs
- Develop strategies to revive dormant accounts and acquire new customers
- Drive sales across entry-level, mid-range, and luxury watch categories
- Execute key account management strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other departments on growth initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer service and luxury client experience standards
- Monitor inventory trends and optimize product availability
- Oversee pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales campaigns
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with luxury brand standards
- Support continuous learning and development of sales team members
- Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business development engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field (international degree preferred)
- Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum 15 years progressive sales experience, with at least 7 years in senior leadership/management role
- Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies with measurable growth
- Experience managing corporate accounts and high-value client portfolios
- Strong understanding of luxury retail, premium consumer goods, jewelry, or timepiece sales
- Experience working with HNIs and Ultra HNIs
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in luxury retail, investment banking, asset management, private banking, wealth management, or luxury real estate is highly advantageous
